Cancellation &
Postponement Policy

Elevate Drone Ops strictly adheres to all safety and regulation standards required of FAA certified drone pilots. All of our scheduled flights are subject to cancellation due to Airspace Restrictions or any other condition that has safety ramifications or may prevent the completion of the scheduled mission.  We love to fly and rarely need to cancel. But it is possible that the above flight restrictions can occur. In the event that cancellation is necessary, we will make every attempt to reschedule your flight within your preferred timeframe. If rescheduling is not possible, we will happily provide you with a full refund.  

Weather is more likely the reason for postponement.  Weather related cancellations are not eligible for refunds UNLESS the mission was for a specified “Day-Of” event (wedding, concert, sporting event, etc.) that will not be rescheduled. Flight postponements due to weather receive priority rescheduling.

Elevate Drone Ops’ Remote Pilot in Command reserves the right to make all final “Go – No Go” decisions regarding cancellations and postponements.
